Is It A Dress Or A Skirt?

Happy Monday beauties!!! Yesterday was such a beautiful day… so warm with a bright sun that seemed to be in the summer ...
So I decided to wear a strapless dress and I can assure you that in hottest hours was really good. In the evening I added a micro-colored blazer and a very lively little bag purchased in small vintage marketplace very nice. The particularity of this dress is that it can be worn also as a skirt, do you like it? Do you prefer it as a dress or as a long skirt?
