These Boots Are Made for Walkin'

Yes I know we are in summer and it's very hot, but I couldn't resist to buy these fantastic Walker! I was looking for them since years. Incredibly, I found them on sale, so I thought "They must be mine!". To be honest, I've seen them also last winter, but they were very very expensive (at least here in Italy). The fate directed me on their way and now they are my new babies ;) As you know, I'm a huge fan of mix&match, so why not pair them with shorts and silk's top? 
What do you think?

    They are fantastic! I had a similar experience once when I bought a fur lined pair of Costume National boots in the middle of July. They were on sale and I had been coveting them for months at full price but the store couldn't find them in my size. Then low and behold, there they were, randomly sitting on this shelf in a boutique - the last pair in my size just waiting for me!!!
