Vintage Inspired Fashion Shots

Do you ever ask yourself what the true definition of vintage clothing is? Sure, I am sure we all have an idea or thought in our mind about vintage clothing, or what we think the definition of vintage clothing is.
Wikipedia online defines vintage clothing as the following: "Vintage clothing is a generic term for new or second hand garments originating from a previous era".
Other reasons that some people are attracted to vintage clothing include:
 good quality
fine materials
value for the money
history
detailing and style
So, does any of the above mentioned text go with what you think of when you think of the word vintage clothing?

    That's exactly what comes first to my mind when I heard about the word vintage. I love vintage, they are timeless!

    Excellent post, honey!!I am in love with the vintage style! I call vintage all the clothing before 90's, but specialists call vintage all the cloths older than 10 years.Anyway, I love them all!!

    what i like most about vintage clothing is that the items have a past life...someone else wore this 1950s necklace i just bought, i wonder how she wore it or if it was one of her favorites? every piece has a story and a special history. that is what is so beautiful to me about vintage clothing!!! also love that it's unique and usually fine quality

    I think that the correct definition is the first one, because vintage is something old and of course that we all want good quality but I don't care if they are cheap, I just want to have fun with vintage :)

    I had to do some research on vintage when I first started blogging, because so many bloggers were using the word, and I was curious. I mean I had a "basic" idea, but I was wondering if people were using the term incorrectly...and it's such a huge trend right now!
