When vintage meets leather
As you already know, I am totally fan of mixing different style of clothes :) In this case I bought this lovely vintage blazer in a very funny market place full of vintage items, where you can find all kind of things: clothes, furnitures, shoes , objects for only 5,10,15$...incredible...
Anyway, when I saw this blazer I thought it has to be mine (it is a part of a suit, of course I bought it also the skirt ;) so for only 10$ this original vintage item fallen into my closet! My idea was to pair it with something modern but strong so why not a leather biker pants? To complete the outfit: vintage necklace, oversized t-shirt from my Etsy Shop, ankle boots and studded bag. Do you like it?

Coco Chanel, my muse, my inspiration...
This amazing 1920's inspired editorial by photographer Mr. Steven Meisel, reminds me back to the famous quotes from Coco Chanel.
“Fashion fades, only style remains the same.”
“In order to be irreplaceable one must always be different.”
“A girl should be two things:classy and fabulous.”
“The best color in the whole world, is the one that looks good, on you!”
“Fashion is not something that exists in dresses only. Fashion is in the sky, in the street, fashion has to do with ideas, the way we live, what is happening.”
“A woman is closest to being naked when she is well dressed”
“There is time for work, and time for love. That leaves no other time”
"A woman that doesn't wear perfume has no future."
Not only was she brilliant in the design icons she created, Chanel was one extraordinary lady who inspires me daily. Merci Coco!
These are some amazing quotes that I try to live by everyday. What are yours?

My new 60's tunic dress
Hello people, as promised I am posting on my Etsy Shop new items from my S/S 2011 collection, and this white tunic is one of those. This season will be influenced from 60's, so I made a mini tunic dress in white dedicated to this period! I love layering clothes so I worn it over an oversized black t-shirt and why not, a sequined jacket! Too much?

How to Build Your Perfect Wardrobe
Instructions
1. Assess the clothing you currently own. Pull out all items that no longer fit properly or reflect your style & personality. I suggest donating the clothing or giving your friends a chance to see if anything may suit them.
2. Next, after all discarded clothing is removed, sort through all remaining clothing for items needing repair such a buttons & zippers replaced or minor alterations. Place all items to the side until you can have time to mend or take to your local dry cleaners. Now, take a moment & look at your wardrobe to make sure that your wardrobe isn't lacking the basics. Basics, like a classic white button down shirt, plain black, gray or white tees, properly fitted light & dark wash jeans.

• I suggest not packing away summer items in the fall/winter months. These items can make great layering pieces.
